摘要
目的了解福建省中央冷却塔水分离的40株军团菌毒力基因lvh及rtx A携带情况。方法 40株军团菌菌株均经过常规培养分离鉴定、乳胶凝聚实验及血清凝聚实验,并用军团菌属特异性基因16S rRNA以及嗜肺军团菌特异性诊断基因mip进行PCR复核鉴定,然后进行lvh及rtx A基因扩增。结果 lvh的总阳性率为60.0%,rtx A的总阳性率为65.0%,lvh+rtx A+占52.5%,lvh+rtx A-占7.5%,lvh-rtx A+占12.5%,lvh-rtx A-占27.5%。不同亚型的菌株存在不同的毒力基因携带模式。结论本省环境分离菌株具有比较高的潜在感染性,应加强外环境中军团菌的监测,防控军团菌病的发生。
Objective To understand the lvh and rtx A in 40 strains of Legionella virulence gene separated from the central cooling tower water in Fujian. Methods 40 strains of legionella bacteria strains have been regular train separation identification,latex coagulation experiment and serum levels of cohesion,with legionella bacteria genera specificity and 16 S rRNA genes as eosinophilic lung legionella gene specificity in the diagnosis of mip for PCR review appraisal,then on lvh and rtx A gene amplification. Results The total positive rate of lvh was 60. 0%,and the total positive rate of rtx A was 65. 0%,lvh + rtx A + accounted for 52. 5%,lvh + rtx A- accounted for 7. 5%,lvh- rtx A + accounted for 12. 5%,lvh- rtx A- accounted for 27. 5%. Different strains of subtype virulence genes carry different patterns. Conclusion The environmental isolates have a higher potential infection,which should strengthen the outside environment of legionella monitoring,prevention and control the occurrence of legionella disease.
