不同义齿清洁方式对Vitallium2000支架表面形貌的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:评价5种不同活动义齿清洁方式对Vitallium2000义齿铸造支架表面形貌的影响。方法:将Vitallium2000合金离心铸造成35个试样(15mm×10mm×2mm),镜面抛光,将试样随机分为5组:对照组A组,蒸馏水浸泡;实验组B、C、D、E组,B组牙刷+蒸馏水清洁2min,C组牙刷+牙膏清洁2min,D组Polident清洁片溶液浸泡5min,E组Polident清洁片浸泡5min+牙刷清洁2min,重复处理180个循环。粗糙度测试仪测量实验前后试样表面粗糙度值(Ra值),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察实验前后试样表面结构。结果:(1)A组试样实验前后Ra值为:0.0045±0.0011/0.0047±0.0010,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组、C组、D组和E组实验前后R a值分别为(0.0049±0.0011/0.0168±0.0025)、(0.0048±0.0013/0.0322±0.0064)、(0.0051±0.0011/0.0072±0.0012)和(0.0052±0.0011/0.0198±0.0032),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)组间R a值比较:处理前各组间Ra值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同方式处理后组间Ra值不全相同,与A组比较,D组R a稍增加,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),B组、C组、E组较A组R a值明显增加,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);B组、C组、E组两两之间R a值比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01),其中C组R a值增加最大。(3)扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察处理前各组试样表面均无划痕。处理后A组、D组试样表面无划痕,B组、E组试样表面可见连续浅划痕,C组试样表面可见明显连续深划痕。结论:清洁片清洁方式不会改变Vitallium2000义齿铸造支架表面形貌;牙刷+蒸馏水清洁方式、清洁片+牙刷清洁方式对Vitallium2000义齿铸造支架表面形貌影响较小;牙刷+牙膏清洁方式可引起Vitallium2000义齿铸造支架表面形貌改变,影响较大。 Objectives: This in vitro study aimed to evaluate the effect of different denture cleaning methods on the surface of the Vitallium2000 casting framework of removeable partial denture. Methods: Thirty-five centrifugal casting Vitallium2000 alloy metal samples(15mm ×10mm×2mm) were mirror-polished. According to different ways of treatment,the samples were randomly divided into five groups. The black control group A was immersed in distilled water. B, C, D and E groups were experimental groups. Group B was brushed with distilled water for 2 minutes. Group C was brushed with a dentifrice for 2 minutes. Group D was immersed in Polident solution for 5 minutes. Group E was immersed in Polident solution for 5 minutes and brushed with Polident solution for 2 minutes. The treatments were repeated 180 times which simulated to clean denture 180 days. The surface roughness value(Ra) was detected before and after treatment by using the roughness tester, and the surface structure of the samples before and after treatment was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM). Results:(1) The mean roughness of group A comparing before and after treatment were: 0.0045 ±0.0011/0.0047 ±0.0010, no significant difference was seen after treatment(P〉0.05). The mean roughness of B,C,D and E groups comparing before and after treatment were:(0.0049±0.0011/0.0168±0.0025)、(0.0048±0.0013/0.0322±0.0064)、(0.0051 ±0.0011/0.0072 ±0.0012、(0.0052 ±0.0011/0.0198 ±0.0032), significant differences were seen after treatment(P〈0.01).(2) The mean roughness was compared between groups: There was no statistically significant difference between groups before treatment(P〉0.05). The mean roughness of the five groups was not all the same after different ways of treatment. Compared with group A, the mean roughness of group D was slightly increased, there was no statistically significant difference after treatment(P〉0.05). The mean roughness of B,C and E groups was significant differences after treatment(P〈0.05). There were significant differences between Group B, Group C and Group E.(3)The surface of A and D groups had not obvious scratch after treatment. The sample surface of B and E groups had slight scratch. The sample surface of C group was obviously scratched compared with before treatment. Conclusions: The way of immersing in Polident solution would slightly increase the surface roughness but no scratch. The way of brushing with distilled water and immersing in Polident solution would slightly increase the surface roughness and would slightly produce scratch. The way of brushing with dentifrice would obviously increase the surface roughness and produce obviously scratch.
