摘要
目的了解我国不同地区县级妇幼保健机构妇幼卫生资源配置现状,为进一步提高卫生资源配置的公平性及卫生资源利用效率提供依据。方法通过全国妇幼保健机构监测管理信息网络报告系统实时收集相关数据,并进行分析。结果2014年,我国县级妇幼保健机构妇幼卫生资源配置不均衡,不同地区医疗设备结构、卫生技术人员的职称和学历结构差异均有显著统计学意义。各地医护比均较低,东部地区医护人员工作负担较重。结论需要进一步加强对中部地区县级妇幼保健结构的资源配置,并加强对各地护理人员配置水平,优化现有妇幼卫生人才队伍,合理配置医疗设备。
Objective To investigate and analyze the status of health resource allocation in maternal and child health( MCH)institutions at county level,so as to provide a reference for improving the fairness and efficiency of health resources. Methods Resources data and information of MCH institutions at county level were collected through the direct information network reporting system of ‘National management information internet based reporting system of maternal and child health institutions',and all the reported data were analyzed. Results The distribution of maternal and child health resources in different regions was not reasonable.The difference in the structure of equipments,the qualification and literature degree of human resource were statistical significant. The ration of doctors and nurses was generally low,and the medical burden of the medical personnel in eastern areas was greater than other areas. Conclusions MCH institutions at county level in middle areas needs to be allocated more health resources. The nurses should be trained more so as to improve the structure of health personnel and the medical equipments should be allocated more reasonably.
