摘要
目的了解某85×10~4t/a甲醇项目存在的职业病危害因素及其控制效果,提出职业病危害的关键控制点和控制职业病危害的补充措施。方法对该项目进行职业卫生调查,对作业场所中的职业病危害因素进行检测并分析。结果部分存在高噪声源的作业场所噪声强度大于85 d B(A),作业人员实际接触的8 h等效声级强度符合GBZ 2.2中噪声强度的要求。检测化学毒物22种,涉及5个工种39人次,作业场所51个点次,短时间接触浓度和时间加权平均浓度均符合GBZ 2.1中相关毒物接触限值的要求。结论该建设项目的职业病危害控制措施是有效的,可行的,但应进一步加强噪声的防护措施,加强取样和装卸车的管理,定期对设备及管道进行维护,防止跑、冒、滴、漏的发生。
[Objective] To understand the occupational hazards and its control effect in a 85 ×10~4 t/a methanol project,and put forward the key control points of occupational hazards and supplemental measures to control occupational hazards.[Methods]Occupational investigation was carried out in this project. The occupational hazards in the workplace were detected and analyzed.[Results]The noise intensity was more than 85 d B(A)in the part of the workplace existing high noise source. The Lex,8h met the requirements of GBZ 2.2 of noise intensity. A total of 22 kinds of chemical toxicants were detected in 51 points,involving5 types of work and 39 person-time,and the CSTELand CTWAall met the requirements of GBZ 2.1 of related toxicant exposure limits.[Conclusion]The control measures of occupational hazards in this project are effective and feasible,but the protective measures of noise should be further strengthened. The management of sampling and lift trucks should be strengthened,and the equipments and piping needs to be maintained regularly to avoid the leakage.
