摘要
目的了解燃煤发电厂不同容量机组的噪声强度,探索燃煤发电厂噪声关键控制点,为控制噪声危害提供科学依据。方法通过查阅各机组当年竣工验收相关资料,对工作场所中噪声强度和个人8 h等效声级(LAeq.8 h)进行现场检测,将检测结果进行相关汇总和比较分析。结果 300、600和1 000 MW机组工作场所中噪声合格率分别达到97.0%、96.8%、78.2%,1 000 MW机组噪声合格率明显低于治理后的300和600 MW机组(P<0.05)。1 000 MW机组除输煤巡检工外,其余各巡检岗位个体噪声强度均高于300和600MW机组(P<0.05),且机电系统巡检岗位个体噪声强度≥85.0 d B(A)。结论 1 000 MW机组机电系统仍是该企业噪声治理的重点。
[Objective]To learn the noise intensity of coal-fired power generators with different unit capacity,explore the critical point of noise control in coal-fired power plants,and provide scientific basis for controlling noise hazard.[Methods]By referring the acceptance information of coal-fired power generators,the equivalent continuous sound level normalized to 8 hours(LAeq.8h)and workplace noise intensity were measured in different workplaces,and the measured results were collected and analyzed.[Results]The qualified rate of noise in workplace of 300 MW,600 MW and 1 000 MW generator was respectively 97.0%,96.8% and 78.2%. The qualified rate of noise of 1 000 MW generator was significantly lower than that of 300 MW and 600 MW generator after treatment(P〈0.05). Except the coal inspection workers,the individual noise intensity of other inspection posts of 1 000 MW generator was higher than that of 300 MW and 600 MW generator(P〈0.05). Moreover,individual noise intensity in mechanical and electrical system inspection post was greater than or equal to 85.0 d B(A).[Conclusion]1 000 MW generator is the key of the noise control in this plant.
