Comprehensive quality education on medical students

为探讨医学生综合素质教育的改革思路,从道德教育、才学教育、美学教育、体育教育诸方面学习政治家、科学家等学者的理论体系,推荐经典著作,力求使医学生在专业之外触及素质教育的一些精髓。针对医学生目前综合素质教育的现状及存在的问题,通过读书与讨论,诠释"汝果要学诗,功夫在诗外"的哲理。特别提出作为将来成为医生这一特殊群体成员的医学生,在德、识、才、学、美、体、智等方面应该具备的综合素质。最终将医学生培养成具有良好的道德品质、职业人格、基础扎实、知识面宽、能力突出、适应性强、具有创新能力和可持续发展潜力的高素质医学人才。

To explore the reform ideas of comprehensive quality education on medical students,learn the theoretical system of politicians and scientists from the aspect of moral education,intellect education,aesthetic education and physical education,and recommend classics to make medical students to touch some essence of comprehensive quality education. According to the current situation and existing problems of comprehensive quality education among medical students,through reading and discussion to interpret the philosophy of＂if you really want to learn writing poetry,the quality you must have should find and build outside the poetry＂. As the special group who will be the doctors in the future,the comprehensive quality in aspect of virtue,knowledge,ability,learning,beauty,physical and intelligence which medical students should have is put forward. Eventually,the medical students will be trained the high quality medical talents with good moral quality,professional personality,solid foundation,wide knowledge,great ability,strong adaptability,creative ability and sustainable development potential.
