作为一种新型媒体技术,微信以其独特的功能与特点深受公安院校广大学员的青睐。它的迅猛发展,给公安院校德育工作带来了新的挑战与机遇。利用微信等新型自媒体平台开展学员德育工作,是信息化时代发展的客观要求,也是公安院校德育工作与时俱进的重要体现。加强和改进学员德育工作,提高学员德育工作的水平,是当前公安院校一项十分紧迫的政治任务。公安院校德育工作者应充分利用微信平台,顺势而为地开展德育工作,密切师生沟通与联系,拓展德育教育新路径,探索开展德育新模式,不断创新公安院校德育工作。

At present, the software of WeChat has become one of the important content in police colleges＇ students＇ learning and living, its unique functions not only bring convenience to teachers and students, but also bring some challenges to college moral education work. Dialectical view of WeChat influencing on Police College students, Police College teachers adhere to positive guidance and try to avoid negative effect. It should establish WeChat platform of moral education, shorten the mental space of students, and purify the WeChat environment. It also expands the students＇ social scope, encourages students to use WeChat to show and improve themselves, and publicizes positive and upward information and ideas. By WeChat, students should be improved the ability of self analysis and judgment, and promoted their personalized development. WeChat delivers more positive energy, meanwhile, it constantly guides students to perfect personality through WeChat, cultivates their good psychological quality.
