Production Practice on Reducing Power Consumption of Pelletizing

分析太钢峨口铁矿球团电耗偏高问题的原因,对干燥窑系统、回热系统、环冷风机系统进行优化改进。工艺改进后,球团电耗明显降低,运行时间大幅减少,还可节约大量维修费用。

This paper analyzes the reason of high power consumption of pelletizing, and reforms the dry kiln system, backheating system and circular cooler. After reformed, power consumption, as well as operation time, has reduced, and the cost has been saved.
