摘要
针对汉钢1号高炉煤气利用率较低的状况,分析1号高炉原燃料条件,并提出提高煤气利用率的生产措施。汉钢经过对1号高炉不断摸索与总结,逐步形成了合理的操作制度,煤气利用率由43.18%逐步上升到45.8%,燃料比相应地由539 kg/t逐步降低至511 kg/t,各项技术经济指标保持了较好水平。
Through continuous exploration and summary, the No.1 blast furnace of Han Steel gradually formed a reasonable operating system and the utilization rate of gas gradually increased from 43.18% to 45.8%.The fuel ratio lowered from 539 kg/t to 511 kg/t. The technical and economic indicators maintain a good level.
