摘要 针对目前我国钢铁企业工艺现状,分析"一包到底"新型工艺特点及其制约因素,提出"一包到底"工艺的改造措施。通过采取严格控制铁水成分和温度、完善铁水计量系统、铁水中含渣量及罐口结渣的处理、增设铁水运输线等一系列改造措施,实现了此工艺在中小钢铁企业的应用,不仅为企业降低了生产成本,而且带来良好经济效益和环境效益。 Based on the status of iron and steel enterprises of our country, this paper analyzes characteristics and restricts of the "get the ladle done at one go'technology and raises related improvement measures. Through the adoption of strict control of composition and temperature of the molten iron, improve metering of molten iron, molten iron containing slag volume and tank outlet slagging treatment, adding molten iron transportation lines, such as a series of transformation to achieve the " get the ladle done at one go " technology application in small and medium-sized steel enterprises, for enterprises to bring good economic benefit and environmental benefit.
