摘要
莱钢炼钢厂通过对影响炼钢工序各类耐火材料消耗的因素进行全面分析,采取应用转炉本体经济耐火材料控制技术、低成本钢水精炼盛装和钢包水口控流技术、连铸耐火材料分钢种经济选用等措施,实现了炼钢工序耐火材料经济选用、合理使用的目标。
This paper analyzes the influence factors on all kinds of refractory consumption, adopts low cost molten steel refining costumes and ladle nozzle control technology, continuous casting refractory steel grades economic choice and other measures to realize the steelmakiug process refractory economical and rational use of the target.
