摘要
探索桑叶茶的冲泡条件,以水溶性浸出物和水溶性多糖为评价指标.分别分析不同冲泡温度、冲泡时间、茶水比、冲泡次数对水溶性浸出物和水溶性多糖含量的影响.最终得到的最佳冲泡条件为冲泡温度85℃,茶水比1:40,冲泡时间10min,冲泡次数3~4次.
This article explores the mulberry leaf tea brewing conditions by detecting water-soluble extract and water-soluble polysaccharide as evaluation index, we analyzed the different tea brewing temperature, brewing time, tea to water ratio, brewing times. Ultimately, we get the best conditions for brewing, the temperature was 85℃, ratio of tea to water was 1:40, brewing time was 10 min, brewing times 3-4 times.
