氯乙烯转化器主要受压元件制造工艺探讨

摘要 氯乙烯转化器是电石法生产PVC的主要设备之一,一般都是批量供货,该设备直径大,换热管数量多,由于冷却水的长期循环使用,氯乙烯转化器中合成反应管外表面容易产生腐蚀现象。在制造过程中对换热管的管头焊接胀接质量的控制要求极为严格,论述了转化器的一些部件的制造工艺,并对设备的制造难点及解决方式作了详细的阐述。 Chloethylene Transforming vessel is one of key equipment for producing PVC by using calcium carbide. This equipment, which generally is supplied with batch, has large diameter and large number of heat transfer tubes. Due to lone time of cyclically using cooling water, corrosion easily occur at outer surface of synthesis reaction tubes in the vessel. Thus the requirement to control tube expanding quality for joint of tube-to-tubesheet is quite strict. In this article, the fabrication process for the parts in transforming vessel were described, and some difficult points existed in fabrication and according solving measures were introduced.
