摘要
结合煤直接液化反应器的实际运行状况,避免出现加氢反应器常见的损伤问题,通过控制开停工期间的升降温速度,设定升降压条件,进行恒温脱氢和中和碱洗操作,优化煤直接液化反应器的开停工过程,保证了反应器的安全稳定运行状态。
With practical operating condition of coal liquefaction reactor, in order to avoid damage commonly occurred in the vessel, it was proposed in this article that some measures are necessary, including to control the speeds of ascending and descending temperatures at start-up and shut-down stages, to set the conditions of ascending and descending pressures, to dehydrogenate with constant temperature and to carry out neutralization and alkali washing process. Safe and stable operation of reactor has been ensured through the optimization of its start-up and shut-down procedures.
