油库架空输油管道地震响应有限元分析 被引量:2

摘要 利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了油库两跨架空输油管道的地震响应分析模型,研究了直管道的运动特征和Von-Mises应力分布特征。结果表明:沿轴向输入的水平地震波主要影响管道在轴向上的运动;管道上各点的运动响应规律相同,管道的Von-Mises应力峰值可以作为研究管道不同工况下响应状态的参数;管道的Von-Mises应力峰值位于管道与支座连接处,与震害统计结果一致。 The seismic response model for elevated oil pipeline in oil depot was established by use of ABAQUS software. Motion characteristics of straight pipe and Von-Mises stress distribution were studied. It was shown from the results that the motion of straight pipe in axial direction is influenced mainly by horizontal seismic wave which acts on the axial direction; the motion response on every points in the pipe are the same and the peak of Von-Mises stress in the pipe can be applied in study of response status of pipe under different conditions; the peak of Von-Mises stress is located at the joint of pipe and support which conforms to the result in statistics of earthquake damage.
