摘要
借鉴N-Calculator模型的主要框架,估算1994-2014年南昌市城乡居民人均食物氮足迹,分析其变化特点及与经济因子之间的关系。结果表明:农村居民人均食物氮足迹小幅减小,在13.98~18.80 kg(N)/a之间波动,平均值为14.76 kg(N)/a;城镇居民人均食物氮足迹逐渐增加在13.23~19.01 kg(N)/a之间波动,平均值为15.53 kg(N)/a。农村居民人均食物氮足迹与恩格尔系数、人均可支配收入呈负相关,与食物价格指数呈正相关;城镇居民人均食物氮足迹与人均可支配收入、食物价格指数呈正相关,与恩格尔系数呈负相关。研究南昌市居民人均食物氮足迹,有助于评价居民食物消费对城市环境的影响,为转变居民不合理食物消费结构方式和推进城市环境可持续发展提供依据。
Food nitrogen footprint of the urban and rural residents from1994- 2014 in Nanchnag were calculated based on the on N-Calculator model. Meanwhile,the characteristic trends and economic factors were analyzed. The resulted showed that the food nitrogen footprint of rural residents decreased slightly from 1994- 2014 and the remained between 13. 23 ~ 19. 01kg( N) per capita per year,the average food nitrogen footprint was 14. 76 kg( N) per capita per year. The food nitrogen footprint of rural increased gradually from 1994- 2014 and the remained between13. 98 ~ 18. 80 kg( N)per capita per year,The average food nitrogen footprint was 15. 53 kg( N) per capita per year. The food nitrogen footprint of rural residents were negatively correlated with Engel coefficient and per capita disposable income. Meanwhile,there was positively correlated with food price index. The food nitrogen footprint of urban residents were positively correlated with per capita disposable income and food price index. There was negatively Engel coefficient. Researching on the food nitrogen footprint of residents was able to help evaluate the impact of food consumption on the urban environment,transforming the unreasonable way food consumption and promoting sustainable development of the urban environment.
