摘要 针对遥感解译及土地核查中传统的人机交互方法人为影响较大、精度不稳定、判读标准不一等现象,综合地总结了土地利用/土地覆盖(LU/LC)常见典型地物样本及影像特征信息,通过建设数据库的总体流程、基本示例影像以及关键技术,从而构建具有一定通用性的LU/LC样本影像数据库管理系统,解决了遥感解译及土地核查过程中主要涉及的大量遥感图像和繁杂的属性文本信息等问题,实现对样本影像数据统一存储、有序管理以及实时更新,更好地为生产决策服务。同时,结合该样本影像数据库,将LU/LC样本库知识学习应用于福州市地区1994年、2000年、2009年、2013年的遥感影像解译,获得影像的分类精度分别为87.89%、91.46%、88.35%、88.62%。结果表明,建立LU/LC样本影像数据库辅助解译减少了判读误差,并且精度较稳定及符合生产要求。 Contrary to remote sensing interpretation and land verification,the traditional method of interactive interpretation exist some phenomena,such as have great human impact,accuracy of instability,interpretation of different standards,etc. This paper summarizes the LU / LC common feature typical sample and image feature information,through the whole process of building a database,a basic example of the image and the key technology to build LU / LC sample image database managementsystem,which its has some versatility. To solve a large number of remote sensing images and the complexity of the attribute text messages or other issues in the verification process. The LU / LC sample image database management system make the sample image data to achieve unified storage,order management and real-time updates. It's also better service for production decisions. Meanwhile,combined with the sample image database,the LU / LC sample database knowledge is applied in the interpretation of remote sensing images of Fuzhou area in 1994,2000,2010,2013. The images were obtained classification accuracy of 87. 89%,91. 46%,88. 35%,88. 62%. The results showed that the establishment of LU / LC sample image database assisted interpretation,which reduces errors,and accuracy is more stable as well as in line with production requirements.
