摘要
近年来,地理信息系统数据质量方面的学术探究主要在空间数据的定位精度及误差分析和质量评价上,而在属性数据的精度及其误差分析和质量评价方面的探究比较少[1],在土地利用方面数据的属性信息的质量极为重要。在土地利用方面传统的属性数据评价大多简单的对某几个属性信息抽样检查,缺少属性信息系统的综合评价。为此,利用层次分析法结合加权平均法和缺陷率数学模型构建属性数据质量综合评价模型,将模型应用到赣州市宁都县农村土地经营权确权数据质量评价中,用层次分析法结合加权平均法对属性数据评价项分类处理并对抽样样本权重分析,这样可以细化分类兼顾权重比例,用缺陷率对数据错误率进行统计,最后根据各个要素的权重得到属性数据的评分。
In recent years,geographic information system data quality in terms of academic inquiry mainly in the positioning precision of spatial data and error analysis and quality evaluation,and in the accuracy of attribute data and the error analysis and quality evaluation of exploration is relatively small,in terms of land use data of the quality of the attribute information is very important. And the traditional evaluation of attribute data is simply for a certain attribute information sampling inspection,rarely to do comprehensive evaluation attribute information. Therefore,in this paper,using the analytic hierarchy process( ahp) combined with weighted average method and mathematical model building defects attribute data quality comprehensive evaluation model,the model is applied to the ganzhou city ningdu county rural land management rights counterpoising truly data quality evaluation,using analytic hierarchy process( ahp) combined with weighted average method for evaluation of attribute data item classification and analysis of sample weight,so I can refine the classification to two or morethings weightings,with defects to the statistical data error rate,according to the weights of the various elements to get scores of attribute data.
