摘要 在系统总结了建筑3D打印技术发展现状与短板,针对建筑结构本身体量巨大的特点,首次提出了基于单轴移动理念的建筑用3D打印装置,主要研发的单轴移动式3D打印装置包括单轨模式、多轨模式两种,其中多轨模式又区分为多轨并联式及多轨独立并联式两种,对新研发的装置进行了研发设计、对其使用方法及应用效果进行了系统的阐述。最后对基于单轴移动原理的建筑用3D打印装置研究方向进行了展望。 This paper systematic summarizes development and shortcomings of building 3D printing technology,according to the characteristics of the massive structure itself,the concept of uniaxial movement building 3D printing equipment is proposed for the first time. The equipment mainly includes single track type,multiple track type,the multiple track type is distinguished into two types as the fixed parallel type and the independent parallel type,the equipment is designed,the method of application and effects of its usage are elaborated in detail. Finally,research directions based on the principle of uniaxial movement building 3D printing equipment are prospected.
