摘要
着重介绍了WDL-94微机多功能硫分析仪(带有火焰光度检测器的气相色谱仪)测定液化气中硫质量浓度的原理,操作条件,定性和定量方法,测定过程及炼厂液化气中硫质量浓度的测试结果。当硫质量浓度高于20mg/m^3时,需要对样品气进行稀释测量,检测精度可达0.1mg/m^3。可以分析液化气中的无机硫,有机硫等各种形态的硫以及总硫浓度,与微库仑方法对比,分析结果准确、重复性高,满足生产要求。
WDL-94 microcomputer multifunctional sulfur analyzer-a gas chromatograph with the flame photometric detector and the determination principle, operating conditions, qualitative and quantitative methods for analyzing the total sulfur and different sulfur compounds in liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) as well as the test results are introduced. When the sulfur content is higher than 20mg/m3, the sample gas should be diluted and the detection limit could reach 0.1mg/m3. This analyzer could determine various sulfur compounds including the inorganic and the organic in LPG as well as the total sulfur content, and compared to the microcoulometrie method, it has better accuracy and repetitiveness which meets production requirements.
