摘要
介绍了ZSM-5分子筛催化剂在甲醇芳构化反应中的积炭机理,催化剂物化性能、反应工艺参数对催化剂积炭行为的影响的研究进展。导致ZSM-5失活的积炭物种分为两类,一类为含氧炭,一类是非含氧炭。合适的酸密度和小晶粒ZSM-5形成晶间孔可减慢积炭失活速率。提高甲醇质量空速,降低反应温度能够使积炭形成速率降低。
The research progresses in mechanisms of coke deposition on the ZSM-5 zeolite catalysts for methanol to aromatics (MTA) and the effects of catalyst physicochemical characteristics and reaction process conditions on coking behavior are introduced. There are two types of coke species in the deactivation of ZSM-5, in which one is O-containing coke, the other one is O-free coke. Appropriate acid density and intergranular pores of small grain ZSM-5 can slow down the rate of coking deactivation. Improving methanol mass space velocity and reducing the reaction temperature can reduce the rate of coke formation.
