摘要
空调器制冷量测试的结果受到很多因素的影响,其结果很大程度上影响整机的能效等级评定。首先介绍了最新版空气焓差法测量制冷量的数学模型;其次,对额定制冷量为2.7 k W的房间型空气调节器的制冷量测试结果进行了不确定度评定;最后,讨论了影响实验数据不确定度的主要因素。分析给出的测试数据得出如下结论:在空调器制冷量测试中,进出口湿球温度对制冷量测量影响最大,其次为A类不确定度,喷嘴前压差、大气压力及喷嘴直径,其余参数对制冷量的影响可以忽略。
The cooling capacity test result of air-conditioner is affected by many factors, and the result has great influence on the energy efficiency rating. Firstly, we introduce the mathematical model of latest air enthalpy difference method for measuring cooling capacity; secondly, the evaluation of uncertainty of the room air-conditioner whose cooling capacity is 2.7 kW was carried out; at last, the main factors that affect the uncertainty of the experimental data are summarized. Analysis of test data in this paper draws the following conclusions: in the testing process of air-conditioner cooling capacity, inlet and outlet wet bulb temperature has the greatest impact on cooling capacity, followed by type A uncertainty, the nozzle pressure difference, atmospheric pressure and nozzle diameter, and the remaining parameters influence on cooling capacity can be ignored
