105例慢性荨麻疹治愈患者远期疗效随访报告

A Follow-Up Report of Long-term Curative Effect of 105 Cases with Chronic Urticaria

目的 评价中医辨证配合依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的远期疗效。方法 印制随访观察表,4 d内对治愈停药后的105例慢性荨麻疹患者统一进行电话询问、短信联系、病人来告等。结果 截至随访时,105例患者治愈停药后的时间2.5-86.4个月,平均（41.04±19.56）个月;105例患者,复发23例,复发率21.90%,治愈停药后9.6个月内复发率为0;复发率随着治愈停药时间的延长而呈逐渐上升趋势,治愈停药后60个月复发率26.67%;单纯中医巩固治疗具有减少复发的作用。结论 中医辨证配合依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹是远期疗效较好的治疗方法。

Objective In order to evaluate the long-term curative effect of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） combined with Ebastine in treating chronic urticaria. Methods＇ We printed the follow-up table and got patients＇ message by telephone, SMS, or by the patients themselves within four days. Results By the end of the follow-up, the longest time of drug withdrawal after cure of the 105 patients was 86.4 months, the shortest was 2.5 months, and the average was （41.04±19.56） months. There were 23 cases recurred in 105 cases, the recurrence rate was 21.90%, the recurrence rate was 0 in those who cured within 9.6 months after drug withdrawal while 26.67% in those who cured within 60 months. The recurrence rate increased with the prolongation of the time of drug withdrawal after cure. Pure consolidation treatment of TCM had the effect of reducing the recurrence. Conclusion Syndrome differentiation of TCM combined with Ebastine in treating chronic urticaria was a method with good long-term curative effect.
