顽癣敌软膏治疗寻常型银屑病临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Effect Observation on Chingwanhung Psoriasis Ointment in Treating Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的观察顽癣敌软膏治疗局限性寻常型银屑病临床疗效及安全性。方法临床开放性试验,选择基线PASI评分≤10的寻常型银屑病患者100例外用顽癣敌软膏治疗,2次/d外用,疗程8周,分别于治疗后4、8周登记PASI评分。结果顽癣敌软膏能改善局限性寻常性银屑病的临床症状,3例患者用药后局部出现轻度潮红、烧灼感。治疗4周、8周后PASI评分明显下降,与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论顽癣敌软膏对局限性寻常型银屑病有一定临床疗效,安全性好。可用于稳定期或静止期的患者。

Objective In order to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Chingwanhung psoriasis ointment for the treatment of topical psoriasis vulgaris. Methods One hundred patients with psoriasis vulgaris whose baseline PASI score were less than or equal to 10 in an open clinical trial were treated with Chingwanhung psoriasis ointment twice daily for 8 weeks. The PASI scores were registered respectively after 4 weeks and 8 weeks. Result Chingwanhung psoriasis ointment was able to improve the clinical symptoms of localized psoriasis vulgaris. Three patients had mild local flushing and burning sensation after treatment. After 4 weeks and 8 weeks, the PASI score was significantly lower than baseline. And the differences was significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The Chingwanhung psoriasis ointment was effective and safe for treatment of typical psoriasis vulgaris. It can be used for stable or stationary phase of patients.
