为解决企业集团管理会计人才匮乏的问题,以及最大限度、最快速度、最精准定位培养高端管理会计人才需求,作为集团公司财务组织,冀北电力有限公司做了积极的探索与实践,灵活应用云环境下的新信息技术,开发基于互联网的学习培训平台,组织搭建管理会计知识资源库,快速建立企业移动数字化学习体系和测评考核跟踪机制,有效推进"培训+培养"、"横向+纵向"的创新人才培养模式,建设管理会计人才队伍,发挥了先进引领的示范作用。
