摘要 为了更好地支撑智能电网建设,实现多源电力空间信息的集成、管理、分析与发布,文章在深入研究多种传统空间数据库的基础上分析了电力地理信息数据的特点以及各类电力核心业务的应用需求,采用新型的键/值数据库以及高性能、分布式内存对象缓存系统等技术,结合基于Web Service的空间信息服务与三维渲染技术研发了与电力生产管理核心业务集成、互联的高性能电力三维可视化地理信息平台——Smart Globle。与国内外类似平台相比,三维可视化平台Smart Globle功能更为强大,运算速度更快,能够很好地应用于电力地理信息领域。 In order to better support the smart grid construction, realize the integration, management, analysis and release of multi-source power spatial information, this paper analyzes the characteristics of power geographic information data and the needs of various types of power core business applications, using a new key/value database and high performance, distributed memory object caching system and other technologies, combined with three-dimensional rendering technology and spatial information services based on Web Service, develops a high performance 3D visualization geographic information platform(Smart Globle) for the integration and interconnection with the core business of power production management. Compared with the domestic and foreign similar platforms, the three-dimensional visualization platform Globle Smart has a more powerful function, faster operation, and can be well used in the field of power geographic information.
