摘要
以间苯二酚为初始原料,详细论述通过乙酰化、肟化、贝克曼重排、水解等反应步骤来制备4,6-二氨基间苯二酚盐酸盐的过程,着重分析各步骤反应机理,通过对4,6-二乙酰基间苯二酚,二肟、4,6-二氨基间苯二酚盐酸盐的表征和实验条件的分析,说明该法的优点和可行性.
Taking as a starting material resorcinol, discussed in detail by acetylation, oximation, Beckmann rearrangement and hydrolysis reaction steps for preparing 4,6-diamino resorcinol hydrochloride process, we analyze the various steps of the reaction mechanism, by 4, 6-diacetyl resorcinol, dioxime, 4, 6-diamino resorcinol hydrochloride characterization and analysis of experimental conditions, to illustrate the advantages and feasibility of the act.
