With the numbers of phone technology, the third-party which indicates that a brand-new mobile internet users increasing in China and the coming of the 4G mobile mobile payment service is gradually changing the ordinary consumption habits era for payment is becoming more familiar to the public. However, the thirdparty mobile payment service also brings unpredictable legal risks to our daily lite while it is convenient to us. This paper analyzes the legal risk of the third-party mobile payment service and puts forward some suggestions for the prevention and control.
