摘要
针对某重型商用车冷起动试验数据采集不同步、试验效率低、后续数据分析困难且不宜保存的技术现状,提出了商用车冷起动试验数据采集分析系统方案,搭建了整车冷起动测试平台。并以该平台为基础,针对某重型商用车冷起动过程中存在的-35℃左右起动困难,低温起动过程中油耗及排放过高的问题,开展了-25^-35℃的冷起动试验。采集了多个温度下的冷起动试验数据,并基于试验结果,以温度为门限,通过对燃油加热器的控制,优化了目标商用车冷起动控制策略。通过为期1年的用户实验,验证了优化策略的有效性以及该数据采集系统的实用性。
Aiming at the problems that the data acquisition was not synchronized,the test efficiency was low and the analysis and save of subsequent data were difficult,the scheme of cold start test data acquisition and analysis system for commercial vehicle was proposed. The cold start test platform of the target vehicle was built to solve the problems that the target vehicle was difficult to start about- 35 ℃,and the fuel consumption and emission was too high during the cold start. The cold start tests were carried out between- 25 ℃ and- 35 ℃based on the test platform. The cold start test data of several temperatures were collected. The temperature was used as threshold to control the fuel oil heater in the test. The cold start control strategy of the target vehicle was optimized based on the test results. The effectiveness of the optimization strategy was verified by user test for one year,and the availability of the data acquisition system was proved.
