适宜“双高”基地种植的优良甘蔗新品种桂糖50号选育报告

Breeding Report of New Sugarcane Variety Guitang50 for Planting Soil of High Yield and High Sugar Content

桂糖50号(原名:桂糖03-3089)是广西壮族自治区农业科学院甘蔗研究所经过13年的试验研究选育的甘蔗新品种。2014—2015年广西甘蔗区域试验结果表明,桂糖50号2年新植1年宿根平均产蔗量与对照ROC22比减0.63%基本持平,蔗糖分比对照高0.74个百分点,含糖量增加4.73%。该品种具有丰产稳产、早熟高糖、易脱叶以及抗逆性强等优良种性,增糖效果明显,在甘蔗"双高"基地即中等以上水肥条件下种植更能发挥其稳产高糖的特点。

Guitang50 （Guitang03-3089） was a new sugarcane variety crossing by Guitang92-66 as temale parent and ROC10 as male parent, which bred systematically through sexual hybridization and ＂Five-nursery System＂ breeding procedure by Sugarcane Research Institute of Guangxi. In Guangxi regional trials from 2014 to 2015 ,the average yields of cane and sugar were 99.54 and 14.39 t/ha,which were decreased by 0.63% and increased 4.73% compared with control variety （ROC22）,respectively; the sucrose content was 14.47%, was higher 0.74% （absolute value） than that of the control rarity. Guitang50 is characterized by early maturity, high sugar content, high yield, easy defoliation, strong stress-resistant and ratooning abilities. Specially, its characters of stable yield and high sugar content could be developed in ＂double high＂ soil which planted above medium under the condition of water and fertility.
