短时跳绳运动对蛋白激酶代谢血糖干预效果影响 被引量:4

摘要 短时跳绳运动对蛋白激酶(RNM)代谢具有促进作用,通过短时跳绳运动可以增强RNM代谢,改善心血管功能,研究短时跳绳运动对RNM代谢血糖干预效果影响十分必要。研究血糖干预下的心血管疾病患者体内的核酸基与蛋白多肽特征,分析得到短时跳绳运动心血管疾病患者的I型含有Cag A和Vac A基因,并表达两种蛋白,计算心肌酶谱同化激素的生成当量。建立短时跳绳运动下RNM代谢血糖重要官能团状态方程,建立短时跳绳运动对人体的血糖干预过程,获得RNM代谢血糖的衍射斑点;并对衍射斑点进行酚标记,完成短时跳绳运动对RNM代谢血糖干预效果的分析。结果表明:采用短时跳绳运动进行RNM代谢血糖干预,得到核酸基和蛋白多肽的适合浓度为50 mmol·L-1。通过短时跳绳运动锻炼,各项功能指标优于没有进行短时跳绳运动锻炼的测试组,说明通过短时跳绳运动,对RNM代谢血糖干预具有显著性特征,改善了α细胞分泌胰高血糖素的水平,使得血糖值控制在6.1 mmol/L以下,避免高血糖等疾病的发生。 Short rope skipping movement has a promoting effect on protein kinase( RNM) metabolism,through a short rope skipping exercises can strengthen the metabolism of RNM,improve cardiovascular function,study the short rope skipping exercise on RNM glucose metabolism intervention effects is necessary. Research under the intervention of blood sugar in patients with cardiovascular disease in vivo characteristics of nucleic acid and protein peptide analysis get short rope skipping exercise cardiovascular disease in patients with type 1 contains two of Cag A and Vac A gene and express and calculate the myocardial enzyme spectrum assimilation hormone production,establish a short rope skipping exercise RNM glucose metabolism important functional groups under state equation,set up a short rope skipping movement on the human body blood glucose intervention process,obtain RNM glucose metabolism of diffraction spots,and the diffraction spot phenol tags,to complete a short rope skipping movement analysis of RNM glucose metabolism intervention effect. The results show that the short rope skipping exercise RNM glucose metabolism intervention,suitable for concentration of nucleic acid and protein peptides is 50 tendency for L-1,through a short rope skipping exercise,each functional index is better than no short rope skipping exercise test group,through short rope skipping movement,the RNM glucose metabolism intervention has significant sexual characteristics,improved the level of alpha cells glucagon secretion,make blood sugar levels under control tendency in 6. 1 L,avoid the happening of the disease such as high blood sugar.
