摘要
针对秦皇岛32-6油田平面非均质性强,油水黏度比高,注入水突进现象严重的问题,通过开展室内系列体系研究,研发了一套深部液流转向体系SB-ZXT。同时结合高渗调、堵,低渗解、驱的工艺思路对C21井实施了深部液流转向技术。措施后压降明显变缓,充满度和PI90大幅提高,且对应油水井增油降水效果显著,截止2014年4月,井组累增油11 746 m3,累降水17 494 m3,有效期长达641 d。
Aiming at strong areal heterogeneity,high viscosity ratio of oil/water,and the serious fingering phenomenon of inject water,An agent named SB-ZXT for deep fluid diverting had been prepared by a series of laboratory research. According the design philosophy that while blocking the high permeability layer,it can also play part in displacing or washing the crude in the lower permeability layer in the meantime,the deep fluid diverting technology had been applied in well C21. After the treatment,the pressure drop becomes slowly,the fully charged and value of PI 90 are large increasing,and the obvious effect is the production improving and the decline of water content,As of April 2014; the cumulative oil is 11 746 m3,the cumulative precipitation is 17 494 m3,and the valid period can work for 641 days.
