摘要 连续油管作业过程中,经历了多次拉直和弯曲,产生弹性或塑性变形。应用力学分析方法求解连续油管在滚筒上缠绕或释放时,其截面弯矩、轴力、张力和滚筒扭矩,并应用实例计算,求证了滚筒恒扭矩驱动模式,连续油管在同一缠绕层半径时恒定张力模式。研究结论对连续管滚筒控制设计和工程应用有较好的指导意义。 Coiled tubing is straightened and bended many times in the process of operation,and brings elastic or plastic deformation. Mechanics analysis method were adopted to figure out its cross-section moment,axial force,tension and reel torque when coiled tubing is wound or released on the drum,and a example calculation was applied to prove constant torque drive mode of drum and constant tension mode of coiled tubing at the same winding layer radius. The research result is of great significance to control design and engineering applications of coiled tubing drum.
