摘要
基于热常数分析仪(hot disk thermal constants analyser),通过高温油浴试验,获得了花岗岩常规试样与干燥试样在25~150℃时的热传导系数的变化规律。试验结果表明,其热传导系数随着温度的增高逐渐减少。此外,温度越高岩石热传导系数减小得越快;并通过数据拟合及分析建立了考虑岩石孔隙率为影响因素的花岗岩温度-导热系数关系预测模型;能够合理的预测北山花岗岩在不同温度条件下的热传导系数。
Based on hot disk thermal constants analyser,the thermal conductivity changing regularity of conventional specimens and dry specimens from 25 ℃ to 150 ℃ was obtained through high temperature oil-bath test. Experimental results reveal that the thermal conductivity increases with the increase of temperature. In addition,the higher the temperature,the more rapidly the thermal conductivity induced. On the basis of theoretical analysis of experimental date,predictive model of temperature-thermal conductivity relationship was created which considering the porosity of rock. The model is very feasibl and convenient for the prediction of heat transfer coefficient in a given range of temperature.
