基于流体动力学的液体分布器分布孔结构对出流均匀性的分析 被引量:3

摘要 液体分布器孔口结构是影响液体分布器分布均匀性的因素之一。为了研究分布孔结构对均匀性的影响,采用了计算流体动力学软件Fluent对圆柱形、倒圆锥形、正圆锥形三种不同分布孔结构出口流速进行模拟分析;其次运用实验方法,对以上分布孔结构的单孔流量偏差与整体流量方差进行计算对比。研究结果表明:倒圆锥形分布孔结构出口流速均匀性优于其他两种;倒圆锥形单孔口流量偏差值大致分布在(4.25~9.74)×10^(-2)范围内,小于其他两种的单个孔口流量偏差值;整体流量方差值是6.782 22×10^(-12),约是其他两种的十分之一。结果表明倒圆锥形分布孔结构更能保证液体分布的均匀性,提供更好的液体分布效果。 The hole structure of distribution is one of the factors that affect the uniformity distribution of liquid distributor. There are three different types hole structure in the study: cylindrical,turbination and cone. In order to study the influence of the hole structure on the uniformity,the software of Fluent of computational fluid dynamics was adopted to simulate the velocity-outlet of three different types hole structure. In addition,compared the singlehole flow deviation and the overall flow of variance of the three different types hole structure by the experimental method,the results show that the uniformity of velocity-outlet of the turbination hole structure is better than the others; the turbination’s single-hole flow deviation is roughly range from 4. 25 × 10- 2to 9. 74 × 10- 2less than the others and its overall flow of variance value is 6. 782 22 × 10- 12 about one over ten of the others. The results show that turbination hole structure can provide a better uniformity and effect of liquid distribution.
