循证护理在妊娠糖尿病患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Evidence-based Nursing in Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨循证护理在妊娠糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法便利抽样将循证护理前(2014年1-12月)在我院收住院确诊为妊娠糖尿病患者30例为对照组,将循证护理后(2015年1-12月)收住院确诊为妊娠糖尿病患者30例为观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用循证护理。观察并比较两组患者空腹血糖指标、餐后2 h血糖指标、孕产妇及围产儿并发症等情况。结果观察组孕产妇空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖指标及孕产妇及围产儿并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论通过对妊娠糖尿病患者实施科学化、系统化的循证护理,患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖指标明显降低,孕产妇及围产儿的并发症发生率明显降低,确保了母婴安全。

Objective To discuss the application effect of evidence-based nursing in patieflts with gestation- al diabetes.Methods By convenience sampling method, 30 cases admitted from January to December 2014 was selected as control group, other 30 cases admitted from January to December 2015 was selected as ob- servation group.The control group was applied with conventional nursing, while the observation group was applied with evidence-based nursing.The fasting blood sugar （FBS） index,2h post-meal blood sugar （PBS） index, maternal complications and the perinatal complications were observed and compared.Results The FBS, 2h PBS, maternal complications and the perinatal complications in observation group were signifi- cantly lower than control group （all P〈0.05）.Conclusions The scientific and systematic evidence-based nursing for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can significantly reduce the FBS, 2h PBS, maternal complications and the perinatal complications, and guarantee the safety of both mother and infant.
