摘要
目的探讨PDCA模式对新入职护士临床操作技能改善方面的突出效果。方法将我院2011年3月-2014年8月新入职的240例护士随机分成研究组与对照组,研究组采用PDCA模式,对照组则采用常规培训。结果研究组考核优秀率和及格率与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论运用PDCA模式能有效提高新聘护士的操作技能。
Objective To explore the effect of PDCA model on theimprovement of clinical operation skills of new nurses. Methods 240 nurses in our hospital from March 2011 to August 2014 were randomly divided into study group and control group, the study group used PDCA mode, the control group used routine training. Results Research group assessment of excellent rate and pass rate compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significance(P〈0.01). Conclusion The use of PDCA model can effectively improve the operating skills of new nurses.
