摘要
目的探讨人文关怀在急诊患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取200例急诊患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在护理中融入人文关怀。结果干预后,观察组SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀是人性化护理的重要体现,有利于改善急诊患者的心理状态,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care in emergency patients. Methods 200 emergency patients were selected, randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group used routine nursing, observation group in nursing care. ResultsAfter the intervention, the SAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）, the quality of life in the observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. ConclusionHumanistic care is an important embodiment of humanistic care, it is beneficial to improve the psychological state of emergency patients,improve the quality of life.
