Evaluation of Abnormal Alarm Results of XT-4000i Sysmex Blood Cell Analyzer

目的对Sysmex XT-4000i血细胞分析仪检测儿童静脉血标本异常报警提示进行评价。方法使用Sysmex XT-4000i血液分析仪对1 675例儿童静脉血标本进行检测,同时行外周血细胞形态分析,两项结果进行统计分析,评价该分析仪异常提示功能的可靠性。结果 Sysmex XT-4000i血细胞分析仪对儿童静脉血异常提示敏感性为92.1%、特异性为86.44%、阳性预测值为54.59%、阴性预测值为98.4%。结论 Sysmex XT-4000i血细胞分析仪检测儿童外周血异常报警提示功能良好,灵敏度高,可降低涂片复检率,提高日常检验工作效率和检验质量,但同时也存在较高的假阳性率,需进一步对其进行外周血细胞形态学检查加以确认。

Objective XT-4000 i Sysmex blood cell analyzer for detection of abnormal alarm for venous blood samples in children. Methods Blood samples of 1 675 children were detected by XT-4000 i Sysmex hematology analyzer, the morphological analysis of peripheral blood cells in the same time, statistical analysis of the two results, evaluation of the reliability of the abnormal prompting function of the analyzer. Results The sensitivity of XT-4000 i Sysmex blood cell analyzer to abnormal venous blood in children was 92.1%, the specificity was 86.44%, the positive predictive value was 54.59%, the negative predictive value was 98.4%. Conclusion XT-4000 i Sysmex blood cell analyzer to detect abnormal alarm function in the peripheral blood of children, high sensitivity, reduce the rate of smear, improve the efficiency and quality of daily inspection work. But there was also a high false positive rate, it is necessary to confirm the peripheral blood cell morphological examination.
