摘要
目的探讨在急性肾梗死临床诊断中实施CT三期动态增强扫描的价值。方法选择2013年5月-2015年8月在本院接受诊治,且诊断资料齐全的13例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 8例患者肾脏无异常,5例双侧肾脏影明显增大;单侧、双侧肾梗死分别为6例、7例;累及肾脏共为16侧。结论在急性肾梗死临床诊断中应用CT三期动态增强扫描具有重要意义,可促进诊断准确性得到有效提高。
Objective To investigate the value of dynamic enhanced CT in the diagnosis of acute renal infarction in three phase. Methods Choose from May 2013 to August 2015 in our hospital for treatment, the clinical data of 13 patients with complete diagnostic data were analyzed retrospectively. Results 8 cases had no abnormal kidney and 5 cases had bilateral renal shadow, unilateral and bilateral renal infarction were 6 cases and 7 cases respectively, Involving a total of 16 kidneys. Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of acute renal infarction, the application of CT three phase dynamic enhanced scan is of great significance, can promote the diagnostic accuracy is effectively improved.
