超声心动图诊断肾透析患者左心室璧增厚及左室流出道梗阻的临床价值

The Clinical Value of Echocardiography in Diagnosis of Left Renal Dialysis Patients Left Ventricular Wall Thickening and Left Ventricular Outflow Tract Obstruction

目的探讨超声心动图诊断肾透析患者左室壁增厚及左室流出道梗阻的临床价值。方法选择本院2013年5月-2016年4月肾透析的45例尿毒症患者作为观察组,选择同期本院门诊45例健康体检者作为对照组,均给予彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检测两组有无室璧增厚,有无左室流出道梗阻,观察左室流出道压差,评价左室流出道狭窄程度。结果观察组室璧增厚发生率为68.9%（31/45）,高于对照组的24.4%（11/45）（P〈0.01）。观察组左室流出道梗阻的发生率20%（9/45）与对照组的2.2%（1/45）比较（P〈0.05）。结论超声心动图诊断肾透析患者左心肥厚及左室流出道梗阻有重要的临床价值,对患者后续治疗有参考价值。

Objective To explore the clinical value of echocardiography in the diagnosis of left ventricular wall thickening and left ventricular outflow tract obstruction in patients with renal dialysis. Methods 45 cases of uremia in our hospital from May 2013 to April 2016 were selected as observation group, selected the same period of our hospital outpatient 45 cases of healthy persons as the control group, were given color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis instrument of two groups had no room wall thickening, left ventricular outflow tract obstruction, observation of left ventricular outflow tract pressure difference, evaluation of stenosis of left ventricular outflow tract. Results The observation group room wall thickening rate was 68.9%（31/45） higher than that of the control group 24.4%（11/45）（P〈0.01）, The incidence of left ventricular outflow tract obstruction was 20%（9/45） in the observation group compared with the control group 2.2%（1/45）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Echocardiography in the diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy and left ventricular outflow tract obstruction in renal dialysis patients has important clinical value, the follow-up treatment of patients with reference value.
