摘要 目的分析彩色多普勒超声诊断颈动脉斑块的临床应用价值。方法选择我院2011年3月-2015年3月收治的88例患者,进行彩色多普勒超声检查,对其诊断结果进行分析。结果 18例(20.45%)出现颈动脉内-中膜增厚,59例(67.05%)形成斑块,11例(12.5%)颈静脉无明显变化,总检出率为87.5%;斑块:扁平斑26例(29.55%)、软斑19(21.59%)及硬斑14例(15.91%);29例(32.95%)为颈总动脉分叉斑块,17例(19.32%)为颈内动脉起始斑块,13例(14.77%)为其它部位的斑块;管腔狭窄:轻度为28例(31.82%),重度31例(35.23%)。结论颈部超声检查可明确的显示颈部斑块的大小、形状等情况,还可将颈部板块的检出率有效提高,如来院的患者中年龄为中年及以上,可对其进行颈部超声检查。 Objective Analysis of the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of carotid artery plaque. Methods Selection of our hospital from March 2011 to March 2015 treated 88 cases of patients, check by color doppler ultrasound, the diagnosis results were analyzed. Results In 18 cases(20.45%), carotid artery- middle thickness, 59 cases(67.05%) were formed, flat plaque in 26 cases(29.55%), soft spot 19(21.59%) and hard plaque in 14 cases(15.91%), 29 cases(32.95%) were common carotid artery bifurcation plaques, 17 cases(19.32%) were internal carotid artery plaque, 13 cases(14.77%) were the other parts of the patch, lumen stenosis: mild in 28 cases(31.82%), severe in 31 cases(35.23%). Conclusion Neck ultrasound can clearly show the size, shape, and so on, can also effectively improve the detection rate of the neck plate, the age of patients were middle-aged as college and above, ultrasound examination of the neck can be carried out.
