摘要
目的探讨单侧多功能外固定架在四肢骨折中的应用价值。方法34例患者均进行单侧多功能外固定架治疗。结果 22例闭合性伤口,5例伤口感染,冲洗后采用外固定架治疗,伤口愈合为甲级,10周后断端骨性愈合。12例开放性骨折患者,出现3例感染,清创后伤口愈合为甲级,8周后骨折端愈合,1例胫前肌腱断裂并发症。结论使用单侧多功能外固定架,能够有效治疗治疗四肢骨折,减少并发症。
Objective To investigate the application value of unilateral multifunctional external fixator in the limbs fracture. Methods 34 patients were treated with unilateral multifunctional external fixator. Results 22 cases of closed wounds, 5 cases of wound infection, after washing the external fixator treatment, wound healing for Grade A, 10 weeks after the broken end of bone healing. 12 cases of open fracture, 3 cases of infection, debridement and wound healing for Grade A, 8 weeks after fracture healing, 1 cases of fracture of the anterior tibial tendon complications. Conclusion The use of unilateral multifunctional external fixator can be effective in the treatment of limb fractures and reduce the complications.
