球麻痹的诊断与治疗

Diagnosis and Treatment of Ball Paralysis

目的探讨总结球麻痹患者的诊断、治疗方式。方法抽选2014年1月~2015年2月在我院就诊并接受治疗的球麻痹患者60例为研究对象,针对本组患者的个人信息进行统计、分析、归纳,总结本组患者的病发原因、临床症状、治疗措施以及预后效果等内容。结果球麻痹患者临床症状以吞咽苦难、声音嘶哑、饮水呛咳、肢体无力等为主,患者同时可存在中枢性面瘫、咽喉反射衰弱等症状,而患者病发原因则多以脑血管疾病损害为主。本组患者治疗结束后痊愈34例、有效22例、无效4例,治疗有效率93.3%。患者中无死亡病例。结论医护人员应该结合球麻痹患者的临床症状进行诊断并给予吸痰、给氧、雾化等针对性的治疗措施,给予患者喉咙、肢体等各项神经功能症状锻炼以促使其快速康复。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of patients with ball paralysis. Methods Selected from January 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital and accept treatment of bulbar paralysis patients 60 cases as the study object, for this group of patients＇ personal information statistics, analysis and induction, summary of this group of patients disease causes, clinical symptoms, treatment effect and prognosis of content. Results The clinical symptoms of the patients with bulbar paralysis by swallowing suffering, hoarseness, drinking water choking cough, limb weakness, etc. mainly, patients at the same time, the existence of central facial paralysis, throat reflex debilitating symptoms, and patients with the disease reason is to damage of cerebral vascular disease. In this group, 34 cases were cured, 22 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate was 93.3%. There were no deaths among the patients. Conclusion Medical personnel should be combined with the clinical symptoms of the patients with bulbar palsy diagnosis and give sputum suction, oxygen and aerosol for the treatment of, give patients＇ throat, limb and the symptoms of neurological function exercise to promote its rapid recovery.
