摘要 目的分析微创拔牙刀结合高速涡轮牙钻拔牙法在下颌近中阻生智齿拔除术的效果。方法选取2015年2月-2016年2月至我院接受下颌近中阻生智齿拔除的93例患者临床资料,依据不同的拔牙方法,分设对照组(41例)与研究组(52例),对照组给予常规器械拔牙,研究组给予微创拔牙刀结合高速涡轮牙钻拔牙,比对两组手术效果以及并发症情况。结果研究组手术效果以及并发症情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论患者实行微创拔牙刀结合高速涡轮牙钻拔牙可提高手术效果,并减少并发症。 Objective Analysis of minimally invasive extraction tool with high speed turbine drill tooth extraction in mesial impacted mandibular wisdom teeth extraction effect. Methods From February 2015 to February 2016, we receive mandibular mesial impacted wisdom teeth extractions of 93 cases of patients with clinical data, according to the different extraction methods, were divided into control group(41 cases) and study group(52 cases), control group was given conventional instruments for toothextraction, research group give minimally invasive tooth blade with high speed turbine dental drill tooth than the operation effect of the two groups and complications. Results Compared with the control group, the operation effect and complications of the study group were better than those of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Patients with minimally invasive extraction tool with high speed dental turbine extraction can improve the surgical effect and reduce complications.
