摘要
目的探究几种治疗腰椎间盘突出并侧隐窝狭窄症的手术方式效果。方法对60例腰椎间盘突出并侧隐窝狭窄症者实施随访分析,分别使用经椎板间开窗术,半椎板切除术和全椎板切除术进行治疗。结果和半椎板切除术以及全椎板切除术者相比,实施经椎板间开窗术者优良率较高,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对于腰椎间盘突出合并侧隐窝狭窄者,使用经椎板间开窗入路手术,可取得满意效果。
Objective To explore the effect of surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation and lateral recess stenosis. Methods 60 cases of lumbar disc herniation and lateral recess stenosis were analyzed follow-up, respectively, using interlaminar fenestration, semi laminectomy and total laminectomy in the treatment. Results Compared to semi laminectomy and total laminectomy, implementing the interlaminar fenestration. The excellent and good rate is higher, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion For lumbar disc herniation with lateral recess stenosis, the results can be achieved by the use of open and open window approach.
