摘要
目的探讨经乳晕切口行乳腺手术的临床效果。方法选取2012年2月-2015年10月的196例需行手术治疗的乳腺疾病患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组98例,观察组经乳晕切口行乳腺手术治疗,对照组采用的是除乳晕以外的切口手术。观察分析两组患者病灶的完全切除率、患者及家属对术后美观程度的满意率是否存在差异。结果观察组病灶完全切除率及患者满意度均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论经乳晕切口行乳腺手术病灶切除率高,术后美观程度好,患者及家属满意度高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of breast areola incision surgery objective. Methods From February 2012 to October 2015, 196 cases of breast disease patients underwent surgical treatment of randomly divided into observation group and control group, 98 cases in each group, the observation group the areola incision in surgical treatment of breast, the control group was used in addition to the areola incision. The complete resection rate, patients and family members of the two groups were observed and analyzed whether there was a difference in the degree of satisfaction of the patients and their family members. Results The total resection rate and patient satisfaction of the observation group were higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The areola incision breast surgery resection rate, postoperative appearance of the degree of satisfaction of the patients and their families, high.
