腹腔镜下肾上腺切除术与传统肾上腺切除术的临床疗效对比及分析

Comparison and Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Adrenal Gland Resection and Traditional Adrenal Gland Resection

目的探讨腹腔镜下肾上腺切除术相对于传统肾上腺切除术在临床疗效上的优缺点。方法回顾性分析我院泌尿外科50例肾上腺手术患者的临床资料,将腹腔镜下肾上腺切除术和传统肾上腺切除术患者分为两组,将两组的各项手术指标进行比较和分析。结果在手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及并发症发生率上,腹腔镜组均显著优于传统手术组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺肿瘤具有损伤小、出血少、患者恢复快、住院时间短、并发症低的优势,适合在有腹腔镜条件的基层医院推广。

Objective To investigate the advantages and disadvantages of laparoscopic excision of adrenal gland with respect to traditional adrenal gland. Methods A retrospective urology department of our hospital were analyzed in 50 cases of adrenal surgery in patients with clinical data, laparoscopic resection surgery and traditional adrenal resection were divided into two groups, and the operation of two groups of indicators for comparison and analysis. Results The operation time, blood loss, hospital stay and incidence of complications were significantly higher than that of the conventional surgery group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for adrenal tumors has the advantages of less injury, less bleeding, faster recovery, shorter hospital stay and low complications.
