中医内科治疗偏头痛的临床方法及效果

Clinical Methods and Related Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Migraine

目的探究分析中医内科治疗偏头痛的临床方法及相关效果。方法选取在2014年6月~2015年6月内于我院治疗偏头痛的患者50例,随机将其分为两组。对照组25例,采用西医治疗偏头痛的方法,治疗组25例,采用中医治疗偏头痛的方法。治疗2~3个疗程后,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组有效率92.0%,高于对照组的80.0%,对两组患者进行1年的追踪回访,未发现复发者。结论中医内科治疗偏头痛是一种高效,副作用小,费用更少的治疗方法。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical methods and related effects of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of migraine. Methods 50 patients with migraine in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 25 cases, the use of Western medicine treatment of migraine method, the treatment group of 25 cases, the use of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of migraine. After 2 to 3 treatment, the therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 92%, higher than that of the control group of 80%, the two groups of patients for 1 years of followup, no recurrence was found. Conclusion TCM internal medicine treatment of migraine is a kind of high efficiency, little side effect, less cost.
