循证护理在2型糖尿病患者营养管理应用中的效果分析

Analysis of Evidence-Based Nursing for Nutrition Management in Patients of Diabetes Mellitus Type 2

目的探索循证护理在2型糖尿病患者营养管理中的临床效果。方法选取2015年1-12月内分泌科接受治疗的2型糖尿病患者100例,随机分为两组各50人,对照组开展常规护理,试验组实施循证护理。结果经规范的入院治疗和护理,患者血糖均得到有效控制,且试验组血糖（5.26±0.02）mmol/l,控制情况优于对照组（4.43±0.03）mmol/l,t=68.04,P〈0.001;试验组与对照组患者并发症发生率分别为12%、34%;患者对饮食知识知晓情况分别为94%、24%;饮食行为正确情况分别84%、20%,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;试验组护理满意度得分为100%,对照组得分为80%,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论循证护理可有效控制2型糖尿病患者血糖,使患者饮食知识知晓和饮食行为正确情况明显提高,同时降低患者并发症的发生,提高护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the evidence-based nursing for nutrition management in patients of diabetes mellitus type 2. Methods 100 patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 were collected from January 2015 to December of 2015, were divided into treated group and controlled group randomly, each with 50 cases.The patients in the treated group were giventhe evidence-based nursing,while those in the controlled group were only given general nursing. Results Checking the blood sugar level of the treated group were（5.26±0.02）mmol/l, which were superior to that of the control group（4.43±0.03）mmol/l, t=68.04, P〈0.001. The incidence of complications of the treated group and the control group were 12%, 34% respectively.The degree of knowledge for dietary of the treated group and the control group were 94%, 24% respectively.The rate of correct reaction for dietary behavior of the two groups were 84%, 20% respectively, which all have statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction with nursing service of the treated group was 100%, which was superior to the control group of 80%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The evidence-based nursing can effective control of the blood sugar level of the patients, which was also beneficial to improve the degree of knowledge for dietary,to reduce the complications, to improve nursing satisfaction.
